At Workday, our values are at the center of everything we do. Integrity is one of our core values for a reason: we do what we say, we do the right thing, and we treat people with respect.

Our Code of Conduct is here to help all of us put our commitment into practice. It guides how we operate our business and make decisions. It also helps us live our values every day: putting employees first, serving customers exceptionally well, innovating boldly, having fun, and building a profitable business for the long term. The Code is our public affirmation that we, as members of the Workday community, will conduct business ethically and with integrity.

That commitment extends to how we treat each other and our customers, partners, suppliers, communities, and shareholders. We ask every Workmate to read the Code, commit to following it, and use it as a guide. If something is unclear or doesn't feel right, speak up. Start with your manager, or reach out to the People & Purpose team or the Workday Integrity team. Our independent and confidential Speak Up reporting tool is also available for asking questions or reporting concerns.
